Interior design: the Adriatic SPA Apartment will charm you with its comfort and style. It consists of a bedroom with a large wardrobe, a storage desk, a 200x210cm waterbed, a hot tub and a smart TV.

The hallway has an additional wardrobe with shelves and hangers, while the living area includes a modern kitchen and dining area. The sofa can easily be converted into a comfortable 200x200cm bed. A stylish stone-and-glass sea-shell coffee table adds a marine touch to the space.

Kitchen and bathroom: The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes (microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, dishwasher, stick blender, double induction hob, crockery, plates, cups, cutlery, etc.) For a pleasant cooling on hot days, the large double-door American fridge is an added pleasure. This stylish fridge is equipped with an ice maker to refresh you with quality ice, filtered cold water for instant refreshment and separate compartments for cooling and freezing. This makes your stay at Adriatic SPA Apartment even more comfortable and refreshing, even when the temperatures outside rise. The bathroom will delight you with underfloor heating (available in the cold months), a wall-mounted electric radiator, a large shower with overhead and hand shower and a flat bottom, a washing machine and enough cupboards to store your personal belongings. Towels are included in the rental price.

Outdoor paradise: Double doors from the living area lead out onto a large terrace with indigenous greenery, ambient lighting and beautiful sea views. On the terrace you can enjoy the table with six comfortable chairs that can be converted into sun loungers. It also boasts a jacuzzi, an outdoor sauna, a solar shower and a large gas barbecue (with a net, a pizza or breadboard and a special spit and motor for roasting chickens, crabs or other large cuts of meat. There is also a cast-iron pan for cooking inside or outside, as well as an induction hob for cooking outside.

On the large terrace, there is an exclusive oasis of relaxation, offering you immense pleasure. The massage pool, designed for up to five people, is available for your unlimited enjoyment between 10:00 and 22:00. As you soak and relax, your view of the enchanting sea completes your experience of the harmony of nature.

At the same time, the outdoor sauna, suitable for three people, combines the latest infrared technology with a magnificent view of the sea. For an extra touch of indulgence, an outdoor solar shower is available for day and evening refreshments on your terrace. This guarantees you a complete experience of comfort and relaxation surrounded by beautiful surroundings.

Free air conditioning: air conditioning is free, but only works when the patio doors are closed, ensuring an optimal temperature inside.

Automatic bathroom heating: the bathroom heating switches on automatically at certain times and temperature conditions to create a comfortable environment.

Air recuperator in the sleeping area: An air recuperator is installed in the sleeping area to keep the air fresh even when the windows are closed. Natural ventilation is recommended, especially when using the hot tub.

Insect protection: all windows are fitted with insect screens to ensure a pleasant and disturbance-free stay.

Smart lighting with fan: LED lights are installed in the sleeping and living areas and can be dimmed accordingly. A built-in multi-speed fan ensures a comfortable climate in the room while preventing the entry of flying insects.

Cleaning accessories: A battery-powered vacuum cleaner is available to ensure a clean living environment during your multi-day stay.

Bed linen and towels: bed linen is provided according to the number of persons. Large and small towels are also provided, as well as a towel for the bathroom floor.

Washing machine and dishwasher tablets: 3 tablets each for the washing machine and dishwasher are provided for your convenience. You are responsible for your follow-up care. The same applies for toilet paper and other consumables.

Welcome drink and basic supplies: Coffee capsules are provided in limited quantities, please make your arrangements for additional supplies. Coffee, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, etc. are usually provided in small initial quantities; for more, please make your own supply.
